Maths Strategy Animation

One of this weeks activity's for maths was to make a animation of the strategy that we learnt this week the strategy i learnt was turning a subtraction into an addition.  We made the animation to share our new learning. I liked this activity because we got to make a lot of slides.I did not like this activity because it was maths.What do you think of our animation?

Motorbike tips

For writing this week we had to write a set of instructions on "how to" do something. I love riding motorbikes so I wrote some instructions on how to ride a motorbike. Do you think you can follow my instructions and ride a motorbike?

Lockdown learning

This week for writing I made instructions on how to make a spear. I made a fish spear. Here"s some instructions to mace a fish spear. .1 find a straight stick. .2 split the wood with a knife our a axes so it makes a cross. .3 sharpen the 4 pins on the tips. .4 find 2 little sticks that can fit in the to splits. .5 wrap a rope around the stick tightly if you don t wrap the rope around tightly it will split. what I liked about this activity was because i got to yous a knife. have you ever made a fish spear?           

Balancing Act

One of our week 2 learning tasks was to read the story called balancing act.It was about a man how made art with rocks and sticks. he did not use anything to stick it to together he only used balancing and centre of gravity. One of our tasks to make a tower that balances using sticks or other things we found at home we were not allowed to stick it together.I made a tall tower by using kindling sticks i made it by layering the kindling up in squares it got so tall that i had to stand on a table, then put a chair on the table,then i stood on the couch and then the bench to get tall enough to reach the top at the end i put a draw on the tower it was really hard to balance because it was heavy. I like this activity because i liked building and i got to bury my sister in kindling at the end. What do you think of my tower? How could I make it taller?
